Campbell returns to Baltimore on one-year deal



The Baltimore Ravens sign a familiar name in veteran Defensive lineman Calais Campbell who is going into his 19th NFL season. 


The six-time pro bowl lineman signed his one-year, $5.5 million deal on Thursday. Campbell currently is 39 years old, turning 40 on September 1. During the 2025 season while with the Arizona Cardinals, Campbell had 43 total tackles, 6.5 sacks and two passes defended while playing in all 17 games. 


The veteran enters 2026 in his second stint with the Ravens, having first played with them in 2020-2022. In 2020 Campbell made his last pro bowl appearance while only appearing in 12 games that year. In those 12 games, Campbell had 28 tackles, four sacks, six defended passes and three stuffs. 


When looking at his stats with the Ravens, this is how it stacks up. He has 113 total tackles, 11 sacks and nine defended passes. He also has 1 recovered fumble and two forced fumbles in that span. In his career he has 960 total tackles, 117 sacks, 18 forced fumbles, 13 recovered fumbles, three interceptions and 68 passes defended. 


Will this  second stint with the Ravens be his final destination before retiring?
