Former Lions Cornerback Terrion Arnold turned himself into Orient Road Jail on June 24 in Tampa after a violent kidnapping incident that stemmed from stolen property at a Largo, Florida.

On February 4 there was a retaliatory attack where investigators say they believe Arnold was the “primary conspirator.” Arnold and his associates believed they had over $250,000 in personal property stolen from them at an Airbnb in Largo, Florida where investigators determined Arnold was staying, according to www.tampafp.com.

The stolen items include $100,000 in cash, an $80,000 necklace, and an NFL-issued cellphone. According to a Hillsborough County Circuit Court order by Judge J. Logan Murphy, one of Arnold’s associates, 23-year-old Boakai Eugene Hilton orchestrated the retaliatory attacks.

Hilton and co-defendants lured three men-Arnold’s private driver Yan Lopez and two other friends into an apartment on North 46th street in Tampa, according to an article by www.tampafp.com. The trio of men were held for over an hour, beaten, and threatened with firearms. The victims were interrogated about the stolen property but ultimately there was no evidence linking them to the thefts.

The setup attack orchestrated by Arnold comes after a February 1 theft incident that occurred at an Airbnb later linked to being rented by Arnold where his property was stolen. That is when Arnold and his co-defendants tracked down the thieves they believed committed the crime and would beat them.

According to www.clutchpoints.com, Arnold and Hilton directed Arianna Del Valle and Jasmine Randazzo to lure the victims to the apartment, while Christion Williams and Lyndell Hudson carried out the setup attack.

Williams and Hudson reportedly hid in a closet, jumped out, beat the victims, and held them at gunpoint. The coordination between Arnold and the other co-defendants during the planning and carrying out of the attacks determined that Arnold was the main conspirator.

The two female co-defendants who were directed to lure the three men to the apartment face charges. Arianna Del Valle and Jasmine Randazzo have pleaded guilty for their roles in the crime. In part to their plea agreements, they are both required to testify truthfully in future proceedings.

Randazzo was sentenced to four years in Florida State Prison followed by six years of probation. Del Valle entered an open plea with her sentencing set for a later time, according to www.hillsboroughsao.gov.

The other four co-defendants-Hilton, Hudson, Hughes, and Williams are being held without bond in connection with the case. They haven’t entered pleas yet, but are charged with the same felony offenses as Arnold. They face four counts of kidnapping and four counts of armed robbery, which carries a potential sentence of up to life in prison in the state of Florida.

Arnold was a 24th overall pick in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft selected by the Detroit Lions as a Cornerback. In 24 games of his career, Arnold has 91 total tackles, one fumble recovery, and one interception in his career. In 2025, he played in eight games only due to a shoulder injury, finishing with 91 career tackles, 18 pass deflections, and the fumble recovery and interception, per espn.com.
